Jennifer has developed a broad civil practice in contractual disputes and commercial litigations, trust and probate actions, construction and land law matters. She also undertakes personal injury work, representing individual claimants and also insurance company.
Jennifer has experience in general civil litigations, appearing before a range of courts and tribunals from first instance court to Court of Appeal and Final Court of Appeal. In addition to her court work, Jennifer has a busy paper practice including the preparation of statements of case, applications and advices in her specialist fields.
Prior to joining the Bar, Jennifer worked for several years in property development and construction management firm gaining in-depth knowledge in the commercial sector.
