Charlotte has developed a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work. Charlotte was appointed as a Deputy Magistrate with the Hong Kong Judiciary in 2025 and 2026. She served as Court Marshal during her pupillage and was a Court Interpreter with the Judiciary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region before joining the bar. She is fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
江大律師的業務範圍涵蓋民事及刑事領域，她接受所有領域的工作委託。江大律師於2025及2026年獲香港司法機構委任為暫委裁判官。於投身大律師的行列前，她曾於實習期間擔任高等法院法官的執行官，及於香港司法機構擔任法庭傳譯主任，精通普通話、廣東話及英語。
On the civil side, Charlotte has worked on a wide range of areas including construction law, family law, personal injuries, bankruptcy and winding up, shareholders’ disputes, conveyancing and land disputes, probate and administration, as well as injunction applications.
On the criminal side, Charlotte has handled, both as a fiat prosecutor and defence counsel, cases involving fraud, indecency, dangerous drugs, violence, industrial/construction safety and traffic offences.
She has appeared as a sole advocate in different levels of court, before disciplinary panels and regulatory bodies, such as the Medical Council’s Inquiry, the Occupational Therapists Board and the Housing Appeals Panel.
From 2020 to 2022, Charlotte was a part-time lecturer for Corporate & Business Law at the Hong Kong Management Association. She also provided law lectures to the Hong Kong Legal Training Institute for civil servants since 2021.
民事方面，江大律師曾參與涉及建築法、家事法、人身傷亡索償、破產及清盤、股東糾紛、產權及土地糾紛、遺囑認證和遺產管理、以及申請禁制令等案件。
刑事方面，她同時兼任外聘檢控官及辯護大律師，處理牽涉欺詐行為、猥褻行為、危險藥物、暴力、工業意外/ 建築安全及關於交通違例等案件。
江大律師除了能獨自處理不同級別的法院聆訊外，亦有處理行政機構的上訴、投訴及紀律研訊的經驗，包括香港醫務委員會、職業治療師管理委員會及上訴委員會（房屋）等。
於2020至2022年間，江大律師於香港管理專業協會擔任兼職講師，任教公司及商業法。自2021年起，她亦在香港法律培訓學院為公務員提供多個法律專題的講座。
