Charles is developing a broad criminal and civil practice, and accepts instructions in all areas of work.
Charles joined Chambers upon completing his pupillage with Mr Eddie Sean, Dr Nisha Mohamed, Ms Elizabeth Cheung and Mr Felix Ng.
Charles studied a double degree of law and politics at the University of Hong Kong. He scored A in his politics capstone directed by Professor Jin Yutang and was declared specialisation in political theory and ethics.
As an active mooter, Charles represented the University of Hong Kong in the Fourth Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Colleges and Universities Moot Court Invitational Competition. Charles also went to the University of Oxford to participate in Doshisha Merton Advocacy Network Initiative, organised by Professor Anselmo Reyes.
Charles is enthusiastic about community service and serves as a free legal advisor of the local community.
Charles is fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English. He is competent to draft legal documents in Chinese.
