On 30 October 2023, Mr Du Jinsong was invited by the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association (“HKSPA”) to give a webinar on overview of the SFC investigation, covering both legal and practical issues. There were more than 490 participants from the HKSPA attending the webinar. Earlier on 13 October 2023, Mr Du gave another webinar on the same topic with around 70 participants at the invitation of Chinese Futures Association of Hong Kong.
