Teresa regularly acts as prosecution counsel for the Department of Justice and as defence counsel for defendants in criminal cases.

The nature of Teresa’s cases includes theft and offences of dishonesty, assault and wounding cases, Customs & Excise and Immigration cases, drug offences and public health cases.
She regularly represents non-refoulement claimants for the Convention Against Torture Claim.
She also takes parts in community services through the Free Legal Advice Scheme of the Duty Lawyer Service.
In addition to that, she regularly gives lectures and tutorials for the undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Open University of Hong Kong. Besides, she has acted as an Examination Marker for the University in recent years.
