George’s practice covers a wide range of commercial litigation, companies, and shareholders’ disputes. He also focuses on land law, particularly adverse possession, and properties.
George graduated with a B.S. degree in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington in the United States in 1991. He was placed on the Dean’s List in 1987 and 1988. After gaining some experience in the commercial field, George read law and received the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1997.
George has appeared as an advocate in all levels of the Court of Hong Kong. Apart from civil trials and appeals, George often acts as defence counsel in criminal cases.
George is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
