Christine is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Christine is developing a broad civil practice with an emphasis on commercial and securities litigation. She has appeared in court as sole advocate and as junior counsel for insolvency, directors and shareholders’ disputes, and other company matters. She has experience in cases before the specialist tribunals (the Market Misconduct Tribunal, the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal).
Christine has a criminal practice in areas of fraud and cases prosecuted by the Securities and Futures Commission and the Independent Commission Against Corruption. She has experience in handling regulatory investigations and SFC interviews.
Christine has also been involved in a multitude of interlocutory applications, such as striking out, summary judgment and expert evidence. She accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work with experience in matrimonial matters, property disputes, trusts and probate, company matters, and white-collar crime.
